Matt Hamlin

CEO

Matt Hamlin has been involved with the Tonaquint team since its inception and oversees the fiscal well-being and day-to-day management of the Tonaquint Data Center including operations, engineering, sales and business development. Matt joined the Tonaquint team from InterLinx, an open access telecommunications company. With InterLinx, Matt served in many roles within their financial and marketing efforts where he was able to assist in bring multiple fiber long haul routes to the southern Utah region for more robust connectivity options for carriers. Matt received a BS from Southern Utah University in Marketing, and an MBA from Oregon State University.

Philip Daley

CTO

Philip Daley has over 20 years of networking and integration experience and joins the Tonaquint team coming from Weber State University. Philip provides executive leadership and direction for network development, internal infrastructure engineering, and data center operations. During his time at WSU, Philip was instrumental in the re-design and implementation of the core network, including the data center network, which brought needed increases in capacity, redundancy, and security. Philip received his BS in Telecommunications Administration and an MBA from Weber State University.

Chris Howard

VP Sales

Chris Howard is a Salt Lake native with over 10+ years of proven success in outside sales and business relationship management. Chris is a forward thinker with the ability to break down complex issues and maximize efficiencies for both the customer and the company. Chris is a great asset to the team at the Tonaquint Data Center and has greatly contributed to the growth and success of the data center. He received his BS from Westminster College in Business Management.

Jevin Parady

Business Development Representative

Jevin Parady joined the Tonaquint team in 2018 and connects the businesses in the intermountain area with the rest team, through marketing and sales, to build them the perfect solution. Jevin joined the Tonaquint team with years of experience building solutions for customers in the IT industry. In previous positions, Jevin assisted customers with complex infrastructural needs find a way to monitor and keep tabs on all their equipment. At Tonaquint, he applies those skills to find the best data center solution possible for our customers. Jevin studied Business Information Systems at Utah Valley university.

Harv McArthur

Facilities Manager

Harv McArthur has over 20+ years of electrical and project management experience. From design, implementation, and installation, Harv has built the electrical systems for schools, restaurants, retail, and commercial projects throughout Utah and Las Vegas. He was the project manager on the electrical build-out of the Tonaquint Data Center, and received many technical merits for his work. After completion of the data center, Harv came on as the facilities manager. He is a Utah Certified Master Electrician and has a degree from Dixie State College.

Phil Hender

Systems Admin

Phil Hender has been in the information technology industry for 14+ years. He has worked with University of Phoenix and JP Morgan Chase on multiple tech environments. Phil joined Tonaquint 5 years ago and supports data center operations and manages Tonaquint’s Cloud and BC/DR solutions. Phil holds current VMware Certified Professional certifications. He is committed and devoted to family and enjoys time with them at home, outdoors and at the movies! Phil is an advocate for the education and activities promoting suicide prevention and awareness.

Cheri Mangold

NOC Manager

Cheri started with Tonaquint as a NOC employee in 2013. As an active member in the Network Operations, she now manages the day-to-day NOC activities and overall NOC management. She is currently working towards her degree in Information Technology at Dixie State. She loves being a mom and is a force to be reckoned with in Summoners of War.

Michael O'Connor

Systems Admin

Michael joined Tonaquint in 2016 and is attending Dixie pursuing his degree Information Security. He has been actively involved in Tonaquint's security policies and day-to-day operations. He has his A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+ MCSA Client, Cisco Server certifications. Michael is in active father and husband who loves volunteering, anything outdoors, building and fixing things, guns, art, and board games.

Linda Neighbor

Office Manager

Linda has been involved with KH Traveller companies for over 25+ years. She handles all AR/AP, office management, Human Resource for Tonaquint and has over 20 years experience dealing with accounts management. She is a big time animal lover and has dedicated much of her time to her horses and animals.
