Matt Hamlin CEO
Matt Hamlin has been involved with the Tonaquint team since its inception and oversees the fiscal well-being and day-to-day management of the Tonaquint Data Center including operations, engineering, sales, and business development. Matt joined the Tonaquint team from InterLinx, an open access telecommunications company. With InterLinx, Matt served in many roles within their financial and marketing efforts where he was able to assist in bring multiple fiber long haul routes to the southern Utah region for more robust connectivity options for carriers. Matt received a BS from Southern Utah University in Marketing, and an MBA from Oregon State University.
Michael DeVito CCO
Mike DeVito has been a member of the Tonaquint team since Jan23, and leads our sales, marketing, and commercial management efforts. Mike joined Tonaquint from DIF Capital Partners, where he serves as a Data Center Operating Advisor. Mike has extensive global experience, having worked in over 30 countries, including multiple expatriate assignments. His previous positions include Chief Commercial Officer at Iron Mountain Data Centers, Senior Vice President of Sales at Digital Realty Trust, and EVP of Global Solutions at NTT. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, horseback riding, and studying history.
Terry Morrison CTO & COO
Terry Morrison has over two decades of experience in the data center and
technology industry. Terry joined the Tonaquint team from EdgeX Data Centers
where he was the the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. During his various positions with different companies, Terry has provided leadership and technology oversight for the design, build and operation of each company’s data centers, including brownfield and greenfield builds. Terry worked as a senior vice president and chief technology officer at TierPoint, a data center and managed service provider with over 40 data centers and 5,000 customers. Before that, in 2003, Terry co-founded Perimeter Technology Center and acted as its vice president of technology. Perimeter became the largest commercial data center provider in the state of Oklahoma before it was acquired by TierPoint in 2011. A graduate of Southern Nazarene University, Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in network management. He currently resides in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Gaurav Baveja CFO
Gaurav Baveja joined Tonaquint as CFO in February 2023, and brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in Finance, M&A and Capital Markets, business strategy & execution, and Board/investor management. He joined Tonaquint from Vyntelligence, a UK based video AI start-up, where he served as CFO & Board Observer. Prior to Vyntelligence, Gaurav was CFO and COO of a $500M revenue business at Vonage, and an M&A investment banker in the telecom/infrastructure and technology sectors. Gaurav received his MBA from Columbia Business School, NYC, and his undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
Kolby Traveller CIO
Kolby is the Chief Information Officer of Tonaquint Data Centers. He is a leader with 15 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, developing and implementing strategies, and delivering innovative solutions that improve business performance. Kolby is committed to helping Tonaquint achieve its strategic goals through the use of technology.
In is spare time, Kolby enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and traveling. He is a self-taught cook and loves to experiment with new recipes.
Carl Wilkins VP of Cloud and Technology
Carl Wilkins’ passion for IT work began many years ago as a young teenager helping support PeachTree accounting software for family members on Windows 3.11 and MS-DOS. Since then his computing “clouds” have only grown! Before joining Tonaquint in 2020, he wore the various “hats” of a systems integrator, administrator, architect, and engineer. He has worked in non-profit, higher education, and the financial service sectors.
His most recent experience was managing the systems infrastructure, engineering, and operations team of a large, federally-chartered Credit Union. He has a BS in Computer Science from Utah Valley University. Outside of the office, Carl enjoys taking in the fresh air of the great outdoors of Utah and the occasional trip to the beach, meaning any beach with salt-water, tides, and waves!
Rhonda Dahm Controller
Rhonda Dahm has over 25 years of experience in the accounting and business world. She has managed government, corporate, and banking accounts and relationships both in the US and abroad. Rhonda has years of experience with operations, management, human resources, sales, and accounting. She is a lover of the outdoors, camping, fishing, travel, loves to read, but loves her family most of all.
